本文在分析我国修建高速铁路特点的基础上,提出了我国高速铁路合理的运输组织模式。速度目标值是高速行车技术的核心指标,文章在分析确定目标值的主要因素之后,提出在高速线分段运营时期高速列车行车速度为250km/h、当高速线全线贯通后应提速至300km/h。文章还论述了我国高速铁路的基本技术方案和主要参数,阐述了开发我国高速铁路技术的实施原则。
Based on the analysis of the characteristics of the construction of high-speed railway in our country, this paper puts forward the reasonable transportation organization model of the high-speed railway in our country. After analyzing the main factors of determining the target value, the article proposed that the speed of high-speed train should be 250km / h during the high-speed rail segment operation.
