以实际工程的混凝土配合比为背景,设计了人工气候环境因素及混凝土梁腐蚀试验。根据测定的加载腐蚀时间为80 d的试验梁中混凝土自由氯离子浓度,模拟计算了受压区的混凝土中氯离子的扩散系数,预测了钢筋混凝土梁中受压区钢筋的初始锈蚀时间;根据相同环境因素、相同配合比、腐蚀时间、无荷载作用时的混凝土氯离子的扩散系数,分析了加载时的结论,说明了荷载因素对钢筋初始锈蚀时间的影响。
Based on the concrete mix proportion of the actual project, the artificial climate and environmental factors and the concrete beam corrosion test were designed. According to the measured free chlorine concentration of concrete in test beam loaded with corrosion time of 80 d, the diffusion coefficient of chloride ion in concrete in compression zone was simulated and the initial corrosion time of reinforced bar in reinforced concrete beam was predicted. According to The same environmental factors, the same mixing ratio, corrosion time, and the diffusion coefficient of concrete chloride ion without load were analyzed. The conclusion of loading was analyzed, and the influence of load factors on the initial corrosion time of steel bars was analyzed.
