目的探讨胆碱酯酶抑制剂和激素及丙种球蛋白联合治疗重症肌无力患者的临床疗效。方法选取2011年3月至2015年12月在韶关市第一人民医院接受治疗的76例重症肌无力患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法将患者分为观察组和对照组,各38例。对照组患者应用激素甲泼尼龙和胆碱酯酶抑制剂溴吡斯的明进行治疗,观察组患者在对照组用药基础上静脉滴注丙种球蛋白,比较两组患者临床疗效、治疗前后绝对评分变化情况及C3和IgG水平、症状改善时间、住院时间。结果观察组患者治疗的总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患者的绝对评分明显低于对照组,症状改善时间及住院时间均明显短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患者的C3和IgG水平均明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论胆碱酯酶抑制剂和激素及丙种球蛋白联合治疗重症肌无力临床疗效显著,可有效改善患者临床症状,增强机体免疫力,促使其早日康复。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of cholinesterase inhibitors and hormones and gamma globulin in patients with myasthenia gravis. Methods Seventy-six patients with myasthenia gravis treated in the First People’s Hospital of Shaoguan City from March 2011 to December 2015 were selected as the research objects. The patients were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method, 38 cases each. Patients in the control group were treated with hormone methylprednisolone and cholinesterase inhibitor natrium bromide. Patients in the observation group were given intravenous gamma globulin intravenously on the basis of the control group, and the clinical efficacy, absolute score before and after treatment Changes and C3 and IgG levels, symptom improvement time, hospitalization time. Results The total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group (P <0.05). After treatment, the absolute score of observation group was significantly lower than that of control group, the symptom improvement time and hospitalization time were significantly shorter In the control group, the differences were statistically significant (all P <0.05). After treatment, the levels of C3 and IgG in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (all P <0.05). Conclusion The combination of cholinesterase inhibitors, hormones and gammaglobulin in the treatment of myasthenia gravis has significant clinical curative effect, which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms, enhance the body immunity and promote its early recovery.
