三、满足员工薪酬需求,创造幸福生活企业以人为本,必须保证员工有一个可靠的稳定的逐步提高的薪酬收入,让员工通过努力可以获得让他满意的报酬,为员工创造幸福生活。我们企业薪酬分配的价值取向:一是按劳分配。按劳分配体现在劳动数量和劳动质量上,以业绩作为薪酬的主要依据,劳动的数量多、质量好,薪酬相应提高。二是效益、效率优先。单位效益好,经济技术指标先进,员工收入相应提高;劳动效率高,基础薪酬提高,并设立重奖体系。三是鼓励创新增收。大力推进管理和技术创新,通过创新提高管理水平,改善经济技术指标,消除管理瓶颈,给予创新奖励,取得重大成果的给予重 Third, to meet the needs of employee compensation and create a happy life People-oriented business, we must ensure that employees have a reliable and stable and gradually raise the salary income, so that employees can get through his efforts to make him satisfied with the remuneration for the employees to create a happy life.
