目的:通过复脉膏外敷对大鼠长春瑞滨外渗性损伤组织的病理观察,并研究其对外渗性损伤组织中VEGF、EGFR的影响,以探讨复脉膏外敷防治化疗性静脉炎的疗效及机制。方法:42只大鼠随机分为两组:复脉膏组、50%硫酸镁组,两组大鼠左侧损伤处分别予复脉膏外敷、50%硫酸镁湿敷;右侧予生理盐水外敷作为对照组。在损伤后第1、4、7、11、14、18天,分别随机取5只大鼠,测量外渗性损伤部位;并分别随机取3只大鼠,切除损伤部位的皮肤及皮下组织,以备观察。观察指标:皮损面积、病理观察、VEGF及EGFR的表达。结果:复脉膏(0.2g)外敷较硫酸镁湿敷及生理盐水外涂能明显减小各时间点的平均皮损面积。复脉膏组损伤皮肤早期炎症反应较硫酸镁组及对照组为轻,未见出血及血栓形成,后期可见损伤部位有充足的肉芽组织及新鳞状上皮生成。复脉膏(0.2g)外敷较硫酸镁湿敷及生理盐水外涂能明显刺激损伤组织中VEGF的阳性表达。复脉膏(0.2g)外敷较硫酸镁湿敷及生理盐水外涂能更早更强刺激损伤皮肤中EGFR的阳性表达。结论:复脉膏外敷于损伤皮肤后能上调VEGF的表达,促进EGFR的快速增加,进而促进损伤皮肤组织的愈合。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the pathological changes of vinorelbine-induced extravasation injury in rats induced by Fumai cream and to study its effect on the expression of VEGF and EGFR in the tissue of extravasation injury, so as to explore the curative effect of Fumai cream on the prevention and treatment of chemotherapy phlebitis And mechanism. Methods: Forty-two rats were randomly divided into two groups: Fumai cream group and 50% magnesium sulfate group. The left injury of the two groups was given plaster externally and 50% magnesium sulfate wet compress respectively. The right side was given normal saline Topical as a control group. On the 1st, 4th, 7th, 11th, 14th and 18th days after injury, 5 rats were randomly selected to measure the extravasation injury site. Three rats were randomly selected to excise the skin and subcutaneous tissue at the injury site. For observation. Observations: lesions area, pathological observation, VEGF and EGFR expression. Results: Fumai cream (0.2g) topical application of magnesium sulfate wetting and saline coating can significantly reduce the average lesion area at each time point. In the Fumai cream group, the early inflammatory reaction in the skin was lighter than that in the magnesium sulfate group and the control group, and no bleeding and thrombosis were found. In the later period, there were enough granulation tissue and new squamous epithelium in the damaged area. Fumai cream (0.2g) topical application of magnesium sulfate wet coating and saline can significantly stimulate the expression of VEGF in the injured tissue. Fumai cream (0.2g) topical application of magnesium sulfate wet coating and saline coating earlier and stronger stimulation of damaged skin EGFR positive expression. CONCLUSION: Fumai cream topically injures the skin can upregulate the expression of VEGF, promote the rapid increase of EGFR, and then promote the healing of injured skin tissue.
