ITU-TH.323协议规定了基于包交换网络上的多媒体通信系统标准。其中的多点控制单元(MCU)可以在多点会议中提供多终端的通信能力,多点处理器(MP)在多点控制器(MC)的控制下实现音频、视频、交换混合和媒体流的其它处理。该文针对多点会议的需求,研制出一种基于多DSP的音频多点处理器,通过数片DSP的协同工作,完成高复杂度的多通道G.723.1的编解码运算,以便实现支持多路远程低速终端接入的电视会议系统,是一个具有很高性价比的解决方案。
