为探讨中药“拮新康”对白血病细胞凋亡的影响。采用形态学及DNA凝胶电泳方法观察其对白血病细胞株HL 6 0及K5 6 2细胞凋亡的影响 ,结果示 :①电镜观察可见凋亡细胞和凋亡小体 ,DNA凝胶电泳可见典型的梯形带改变 ;②一定浓度范围内的拮新康经适当作用时间后可诱导白血病HL 6 0 ,K5 6 2细胞凋亡 ,但诱导K5 6 2细胞凋亡所需时间较HL 6 0长且剂量较大。提示拮新康可诱导白血病细胞凋亡 ,与剂量和时间有一定的关系 ,为临床治疗白血病提供了实验依据。
To investigate the traditional Chinese medicine “Antang Kang” on leukemia cell apoptosis. Morphological and DNA gel electrophoresis were used to observe the effects on the apoptosis of leukemia cell lines HL-60 and K562. The results showed that: (1) apoptotic cells and apoptotic bodies were observed under electron microscope. DNA gel electrophoresis showed typical (2) Apoptosis of leukemia HL-60 and K562 cells could be induced by antagonistic Kang within a certain concentration range, but the time required to induce apoptosis of K562 cells was longer than that of HL-60 Dose larger. Suggesting that Kang Kang can induce apoptosis of leukemia cells, and the dose and time have a certain relationship, provides an experimental basis for the clinical treatment of leukemia.
