人类高血压病中以原发性高血压占绝大多数,达95%。为阐明原发性高血压的病因和病理过程,亟待建立可以遗传的原发性高血压动物模型。实验动物适用于侵入性研究,可以弥补人体研究之不足。动物实验的可比性好、重复性高,而以寿命较短的大鼠建立动物模型尤为适宜。以下一组14篇文章比较全面地报道了各种遗传性高血压大鼠品系的育种过程和现状、病因和病理特征、照料事项和使用范围。现撮要简述如下。
Essential hypertension in human hypertension accounts for the vast majority, up to 95%. In order to elucidate the etiology and pathology of essential hypertension, it is urgent to establish animal models of inherited essential hypertension. Experimental animals suitable for invasive research, can make up for the lack of human research. Animal experiments have good comparability and high reproducibility, and animal models with short lifespan are particularly suitable. The following 14 articles provide a comprehensive review of the breeding process and current status, etiology and pathology, care and use of various hereditary hypertensive rat strains.
