本文报告了用病毒颗粒和病毒亚单位(核壳蛋白)与兔血清白蛋白(RSA)微珠共聚制成实验性疫苗免疫家兔以研究RSA作为佐剂的可能性。试验用疫苗:(1)实验性微珠疫苗:用Newman等方法提纯野田村病毒及酚水法提取核壳蛋白。将100μg纯化病毒或80μg核壳蛋白加入200mg RSA(溶于0.8ml含1%十二烷基硫酸钠、pH7.5的1mM磷酸缓冲液)中,然后加入0.2ml适当稀释的戊二醛(GA),立即在涡旋混匀器中分散,10秒后用注射器迅速注入100ml葵花子油和石油醚(1∶4体积)
This paper reports the possibility of using rabies albumin (RSA) microspheres of virus particles and virus subunits (nucleocapsid protein) to make experimental vaccine to immunize rabbits to study RSA as an adjuvant.
