中国共产党领导的多党合作和政治协商制度是我国一项基本政治制度。这一制度的长期坚持和发展是以合作对象的存在和发展为前提的。为了保证民主党派后继有人,保证民主党派一代又一代的新老交替和政治交接顺利进行,新世纪之初,民主党派工作的着重点应放在培养和选拔民主党派新一代代表人物上。为了做好培养选拔工作,本文结合湖北实际,就民主党派新一代代表人物应具备的素质作一粗浅的探索。
The system of multi-party cooperation and political consultation under the leadership of the Communist Party of China is a basic political system in our country. The long-term persistence and development of this system are based on the existence and development of the partners. In order to ensure the successor of the democratic parties and ensure the succession of new generations and succession of democrats from generation to generation and the smooth handover of political parties, the focus of the democratic parties should be on training and selecting the representatives of the new generation of democratic parties at the beginning of the new century.
