随着经济全球化及社会主义市场经济的快速发展,社会对护理人才的需求日益增大。而经济社会的发展,也对护理人员的英语水平有一定的要求,护理人员要能够熟悉运用英语识别药品或者进行进修。因此,高职护理专业英语教师在进行学过程中,要注意把护理专业的特点与英语教学结合起来,探究科学的教学方法。“翻转课堂”是将知识传授和知识内化进行颠倒安排,这种教学模式具有创新性,对解决高职护理英语哑巴英语及课堂组织困难等问题有较好的作用。
With the rapid development of economic globalization and the socialist market economy, the demand for nursing talents in the society is increasing day by day. The economic and social development, but also the nursing staff’s English level has certain requirements, nursing staff to be familiar with the use of English to identify drugs or to carry out further studies. Therefore, vocational nursing English teachers in the process of learning, we should pay attention to the nursing profession characteristics and English teaching together to explore the scientific teaching methods. “Flip Classroom ” is the reverse arrangement of knowledge transfer and knowledge internalization. This teaching model is innovative and has a good effect on solving the problems of higher vocational nursing English dumb English and classroom organization.
