为了探讨不同项群类运动对高职生抑郁情绪的改善情况,随机抽取泸州职业技术学院09级829名学生进行为期16周不同项目体育教学实验,对其锻炼前后进行抑郁状态问卷(DIS),结果显示:教学实验后高职生抑郁情绪程度总体降低,相比教学实验前呈显著性差异(p<0.05),不同项群的改善效果不同,不同项群之间具有显著性差异.结论:不同项群类运动对改善高职生抑郁情绪具有不同效果。
In order to explore the improvement of depression in senior vocational college students of different sports, randomly selected 829 students at grade 09 of Luzhou Vocational and Technical College for 16 weeks of different items of physical education experiment, before and after exercise their depression status questionnaire (DIS) The results showed that the levels of depression in vocational college students decreased after the experiment, compared with those before the teaching experiment (p <0.05), the improvement effects of different groups were different, with significant differences between different groups.Conclusion: Different items of group exercise to improve the depression of higher vocational students have different effects.
