目的:探讨健康教育应用于眼科护理管理中的效果。方法:选取2016年1月~2017年2月医院80例眼科手术患者,根据随机数字法,将其分为常规教育的对照组和健康教育的观察组,每组各40例,比较两组患者对疾病相关知识认知度、患者自我护理能力、护理满意度。结果:与对照组相比,观察组患者对疾病相关知识认知度明显提高(P<0.05);与对照组相比,观察组患者正确滴眼法、眼球按摩法、自我检测眼压等自我护理能力均明显提高(P<0.05);与对照组相比,观察组患者对护理管理满意度明显提升(P<0.05)。结论:健康教育能够提高眼科患者对疾病相关知识认知度及自我护理能力,有利于提升患者对护理管理满意度。
Objective: To investigate the effect of health education in the management of ophthalmology care. Methods: Eighty ophthalmic surgical patients from January 2016 to February 2017 in our hospital were selected. According to the random number method, they were divided into two groups: control group and health education group, 40 cases in each group. Knowledge of disease-related knowledge, patient self-care ability, nursing satisfaction. Results: Compared with the control group, the awareness of disease-related knowledge in the observation group was significantly improved (P <0.05). Compared with the control group, the patients in the observation group had self-perceptions such as correct instillation, eye massage and self-test intraocular pressure (P <0.05). Compared with the control group, the patients in the observation group were significantly more satisfied with the nursing management (P <0.05). Conclusion: Health education can improve the cognition and self-care ability of ophthalmology patients on disease-related knowledge and help to improve patient satisfaction with nursing management.
