Trademarks are important intellectual property rights and are a concentrated expression of corporate image, reputation and commodities. They are also a powerful tool for enterprises to participate in fierce market competition. This has been agreed by many entrepreneurs. However, trademarks are the passports for international trade and are the access permits for the international market. There are not many people who are familiar with this. China’s foreign trade is already a big country, and there are only a few thousand foreign registration certificates, and it is far less than the total number of registered trademarks of an enterprise in a developed country. This is a very sharp contradiction, and there is a great danger.
