本文研究提出一项适用于目前黄麻、红麻生产的陆地湿润脱胶新技术。这项技术有别于传统的天然脱胶法,完全脱离水体在陆地上进行湿润堆积发酵。其工艺流程为:扎麻把——浸泡接种——堆积发酵——洗麻——晾晒——分级打包。通过批量为200~600kg 红麻干皮脱胶试验结果表明,该技术较天然水沤法缩短脱胶时间6~9天,纤维精洗率提高3.4个百分点,纤维品质亦得到改善,尤其是对水体的污染程度可降低90%以上,基本上消除了对环境的污染,具有广泛的推广应用价值。
In this paper, we propose a new technology for wet degumming on the land suitable for the current jute and kenaf production. This technology is different from the traditional natural degumming method, completely separated from the water in the wet accumulation on land fermentation. The process is: Zha Ma - immersion inoculation - stacked fermentation - washing linen - drying - grading packing. The result of batch degumming of kenaf dried by 200 ~ 600kg shows that this technology can shorten the degumming time by 6 ~ 9 days and improve the fiber quality by 3.4% compared with that of natural water, and improve the fiber quality especially for water body Pollution can be reduced by more than 90%, basically eliminating the pollution of the environment, with a wide range of application value.
