采用ANSYS有限元软件对K418高温合金激光熔覆过程中的温度场进行了计算,得到了激光熔覆层中心温度的变化规律。结果表明,熔覆层中心温度表现出明显的快速熔凝特征,熔覆层中心温度与激光功率成正比,与扫描速度成反比。计算结果为优化K418高温合金激光熔覆工艺参数提供了理论依据。
The temperature field of laser cladding K418 superalloy was calculated by ANSYS finite element software, and the variation law of the center temperature of laser cladding layer was obtained. The results show that the center temperature of cladding layer shows obvious rapid melting characteristics. The center temperature of cladding layer is proportional to the laser power and inversely proportional to the scanning speed. The calculation results provide the theoretical basis for optimizing the laser cladding parameters of K418 superalloy.
