通过大脑~(123)I-β-CIT的SPECT显像,分析7例单侧帕金森病人症状同侧及症状对侧纹状体特异性~(123)I-β-CIT的摄取,正常人纹状体3h及18h特异性进取~(123)I-β-CIT为(3.0±0.5)和(5.5±0.6).病人症状对侧纹状体3h及18h特异性摄取~(123)I-β-CIT为(2.0±0.8)和(3.1±0.4);症状同侧为(2.3±0.4)和(4.0±0.5).与正常人比较,病人双侧纹状体的~(123)I-β-CIT特异性摄取有明显下降(P<0.01).症状同侧纹状体摄取的下降与年龄有关(P<0.05);症状对侧纹状体摄取的下降与年龄无关(P>0.05)、本研究显示,早期帕金森病人双侧纹状体多巴胺转运体有不同程度的丢失,症状对侧更明显.
Through SPECT imaging of ~ (123) I-β-CIT in the brain, the ipsilateral and symptomatic contralateral striatum-specific 123T-CIT uptake in 7 patients with unilateral Parkinson’s disease was analyzed. The specific enucleation of ~ (123) I-β-CIT in striatum at 3h and 18h was (3.0 ± 0.5) and (5.5 ± 0.6) β-CIT was (2.0 ± 0.8) and (3.1 ± 0.4) respectively; the ipsilateral symptoms were (2.3 ± 0.4) and (4.0 ± 0.5), respectively. Compared with normal subjects, (P <0.01) .Conclusion The decrease of ipsilateral striatum uptake is related to age (P <0.05). The decrease of symptom on lateral striatum has no relation with age (P> 0.05) This study shows that patients with early Parkinson’s disease bilateral striatum dopamine transporters have varying degrees of loss, the contralateral side of the more obvious symptoms.
