新时期,我国电力行业的发展对工程管理模式提出了更高的要求,作为乙方的电力施工单位,为了应对市场竞争,满足业主方的需求,需要提升其项目管理水平。而现代工程项目都要通过相对稳定的组织形式,将各部分、各层次以及领导和下属的关系固定下来,使上下级能更好地沟通。这就对工程项目的管理模式提出了优化的要求。
