既有学者认为,创业意图源自个体获取创业资源的多寡,也有学者认同,创业者本身的能力和特质直接影响其创业意图的成形。本文尝试将两种观点综合起来,基于社会网络的分析视角,通过架构创业机会识别为中介变量、个体创业自我效能为调节变量的概念模型,研究社会网络对个体创业意图的传导机制。基于174份问卷数据的验证,结果表明,社会网络特征对个体创业意图有明显的正向推进;创业机会识别有中介作用,而且在网络位置对创业意图的影响中表现为完全中介作用;个体创业自我效能感会正向调节创业机会识别的中介作用。研究揭示的传导机理,对创业意图的相关研究有突出的理论启示,同时对于借助社会网络关系的培育强化个体创业意图的实践有重要现实意义。
Both scholars believe that entrepreneurial intentions originated from the individual to obtain the amount of entrepreneurial resources, some scholars agree that the entrepreneur’s own ability and traits directly affect the shape of their entrepreneurial intentions. This article attempts to combine the two perspectives. Based on the social network analysis perspective, through the identification of entrepreneurial opportunities as an intermediary variable and the self-efficacy of individual entrepreneurship as the conceptual model of regulatory variables, this paper studies the transmission mechanism of social networks to individual entrepreneurial intentions. Based on the verification of 174 questionnaires, the results show that the characteristics of social networks have a significant positive impact on individual entrepreneurial intention; entrepreneurial opportunity recognition has an intermediary role, and it shows complete intermediation in the impact of network location on entrepreneurial intention; Self-efficacy will positively regulate the intermediary role of entrepreneurial opportunity recognition. The conduction mechanism revealed by the research has prominent theoretical enlightenment on the related research of entrepreneurial intentions. At the same time, it is of great practical significance to strengthen the practice of individual entrepreneurial intentions through the cultivation of social network relations.
