为了确定并比较实验犬两种不同术式:Ⅰ.颈袢胸骨舌骨肌支肌蒂移植术;Ⅱ.副神经胸锁乳突肌支肌蒂移植术,治疗声带麻痹的效果。建立单侧联合性声带麻痹动物模型,分别用Ⅰ、Ⅱ两种术式移植神经肌蒂于失神经的环杓后肌(PCAM)。术后4个月取各组PCAM做超微结构检查,并做光镜组织化学:乙酰胆碱酯酶(AChE)、琥珀酸脱氢酶(SDH)、三磷酸腺苷酶(ATPase)、糖原(PAS)反应。用图像分析定量并测示肌纤维直径。结果发现两种术式都能使PCAM恢复功能,第Ⅱ种术式组织化学结果优于第Ⅰ种术式。为治疗声带麻痹提供了重要的理论根据
In order to identify and compare two different surgical dogs: Ⅰ. Cervical sternohyoid sarcolemma graft; Ⅱ. Vice nerve sternocleidomastoid muscle pedicle grafting, the treatment of vocal cord paralysis. Animal models of unilateral unilateral vocal cord paralysis were established, and the neuromuscular pedicles were implanted into PCAM after denervation using Ⅰ and Ⅱ respectively. At 4 months after operation, the PCAM of each group was examined for ultrastructure and histochemistry of light microscopy: AChE, SDH, Pasease . Image analysis was used to quantify and measure muscle fiber diameter. The results showed that both procedures can restore PCAM function, the second surgical histochemical results better than the first operation. The treatment of vocal cord paralysis provides an important theoretical basis
