为贯彻落实《国务院关于大力推进职业教育改革与发展的决定》(国发[2002]16 号)文件精神,努力使中等职业教育和五年制高等职业教育的专业设置、教学体系、师资培养与就业市场需求紧密结合, 采取切实有效的措施培养计算机应用与软件专业领域技能紧缺的职业技术人才, 由教育部职成司和信息产业部人事司邀请信息产业部电子教育中心、清华大学继续教育学院、北大青鸟集团、北京市计算机工业学校、北京市信息管理学校、山东省电子工业学校、ATA公司、微软公司等单位的专家与教师,于2003年4-7月间, 从产业发展、人才培养、社会需求的角度, 就我国信息产业的发展对人力资源需求和中等职业院校、五年制高等职业院校计算机应用与软件专业领域的现状进行了调研,并对中等职业教育和五年制高等职业教育计算机应用和软件专业的教育改革提出了建议。

We also studied the secondary vocational education and the five-year system Higher vocational education in computer applications and software education reform put forward .
