实践是促进知识集成、提升,并向应用转换的有效手段,然而在现有工商管理教育中,实践教学却存在着目标不明、主体错位、缺乏控制等问题。针对于此,论文以建构主义学习理论为依据,分析了情境教学的基本原则,并结合教学实践,阐述了情境教学中角色定位的价值与方法。在此基础上,以工商管理实践教学为研究对象,围绕明确培养目标、优化情境设计、强化教学控制和评价等环节,阐述多角色的情境教学模式的主要内容,并提出阶梯式培养、新媒体运用、项目式管理等实施建议。
Practice is an effective way to promote knowledge integration, promotion and transformation to application. However, in the existing education of business administration, there are some problems in practice teaching, such as unclear goals, misplaced subjects and lack of control. In response to this, based on the constructivism learning theory, the dissertation analyzes the basic principles of situational teaching and combines the teaching practice with the value and method of role orientation in situational teaching. On the basis of this, taking the practical teaching of business administration as the research object, this paper elaborates the main content of the multi-role situational teaching mode by clearly defining the objectives, optimizing the situation design, strengthening the teaching control and evaluation.
