目的:研究火绒草的化学成分。方法:采用硅胶、葡聚糖凝胶、大孔树脂、制备液相等色谱技术进行化学成分分离,依据理化性质和波谱数据鉴定化合物结构。结果:从火绒草正丁醇萃取部位分离出11个化合物,分别鉴定为:绿原酸甲酯(1)、4-O-咖啡酰奎宁酸甲酯(2)、5-O-咖啡酰奎宁酸甲酯(3)、绿原酸(4)、4-O-咖啡酰奎宁酸(5)、1,3-O-二-咖啡酰奎宁酸(6)、3,4-O-二-咖啡酰奎宁酸甲酯(7)、4,5-O-二-咖啡酰奎宁酸甲酯(8)、3,5-O-二-咖啡酰奎宁酸(9)、3,4-O-二-咖啡酰奎宁酸(10)、4,5-O-二-咖啡酰奎宁酸(11)。结论:其中,化合物1~9为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of Leonurus. Methods: Silica gel, dextran gel, macroporous resin and preparative liquid chromatography (HPLC) were used to separate the chemical constituents. The structures of the compounds were identified by physicochemical properties and spectral data. Results: Eleven compounds were isolated from the n-butanol extraction site and identified as methyl chlorogenic acid (1), methyl 4-O-caffeoylquinic acid (2), 5-O-caffeoyl (3), chlorogenic acid (4), 4-O-caffeoylquinic acid (5), 1,3-O-dicarboxynoquinic acid (6), 3,4- (9) O-di-caffeoylquinic acid methyl ester (7), 4,5-O-di-caffeoylquinic acid methyl ester (8) , 3,4-O-di-caffeoylquinic acid (10), 4,5-O-di-caffeoylquinic acid (11). Conclusion: Among them, compounds 1 to 9 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
