研制出我国自制的多种改良的UW液,是摆在移植界的一大课题。我院于1992年始研制成长征-1号多器官保存液(简称CZ-1液),同时对心肌组织0、6、12、18、24小时冷冻保存后的生化学指标作了观察。结果表明:与UW液比较,CZ-1液0、12、18、24小时冷冻保存兔心肌组织ATP含量无明显差别。而CZ-1液冷冻保存心肌线粒体Ca2+超载明显缓于UW液。文章认为从生化指标变化来说,我们自制的CZ-1液与UW液效果基本一致,而部分指标如减缓心肌线粒体Ca+2超载方面来说,优于UW液。
Developed a variety of modified homemade UW solution, is a major issue in the transplant community. In 1992, our hospital developed the Long March-1 multiple organ preservation solution (referred to as CZ-1 solution), and observed the biochemical indexes after 0, 6, 12, 18, 24 hours of cryopreservation of myocardial tissue. The results showed that compared with UW solution, there was no significant difference in the content of ATP in myocardium between 0, 12, 18, and 24 hours in CZ-1 solution. However, CZ-1 liquid cryopreservation of myocardial mitochondrial Ca2 + overload was significantly slower than the UW solution. The article thinks that from the change of biochemical indexes, our home-made CZ-1 solution and UW solution have basically the same effect, while some indexes are better than UW solution in terms of alleviating myocardial mitochondrial Ca + 2 overload.
