目的 探讨低温低氧环境下对正常家兔和心肌缺血家兔心电图的影响。方法 将正常家兔和心肌缺血家兔分别置于低温(- 1 0± 2 )℃和低氧 8.5 %的氮氧混合气体的冰柜中 30min ,然后 ,测定冷刺激和低氧同时作用下的正常和心肌缺血家兔心电图的变化。结果 冷刺激加低氧后正常家兔心电图有明显改变 ,尤其心肌缺血组家兔的心电图变化更为明显。结论 寒冷刺激加低氧对正常家兔和心肌缺血家兔的心电图有明显影响。提示对心肌缺血患者 ,在冷环境和低氧状态下 ,应加强保护
Objective To investigate the effects of hypothermia and hypoxia on the ECG of normal rabbits and myocardial ischemia rabbits. Methods Normal rabbits and rabbits with myocardial ischemia were placed in freezers of low temperature (-1 ± 2) ℃ and hypoxia 8.5% for 30 min respectively. Then, the effects of cold stimulation and hypoxia Changes of electrocardiogram in normal and myocardial ischemic rabbits. Results After cold stimulation and hypoxia, the ECG of rabbits changed significantly, especially the changes of electrocardiogram in rabbits with myocardial ischemia. Conclusion Cold stimulation and hypoxia have a significant effect on the ECG of normal rabbits and myocardial ischemia rabbits. Tips for patients with myocardial ischemia, in cold conditions and hypoxia, should be strengthened protection
