本文用热分析方法对杏核活性炭为载体的醋酸锌含量5—35%的催化剂进行了热重测定,同时作了结晶醋酸锌和杏核活性炭的热分析,发现活性炭在500℃以前几乎不失重。结晶醋酸锌第一次失重在68—88℃,相应于脱去结晶水;第二次失重在222—290℃,应相于醋酸锌分解。不同浓度的催化剂的第一次失重的起始分解温度都在250℃以上,第二次失重开始于470℃左右。发现催化剂的第一次失重率y(%)与其醋酸锌含量x(%)之间有很好的线性关系,即: y=3.336x+0.2448个点的相关系数R=0.9997。另外还测定了三个未知样品,利用失重率推断了浓度。同时利用ST—03表面孔径仪测定了一些催化剂的比表面。
In this paper, thermal analysis of the apricot kernel activated carbon carrier zinc acetate content of 5-35% of the catalyst for the determination of the thermogravimetric analysis of crystalline zinc acetate and apricot kernel of the thermal analysis showed that activated carbon almost lose weight before 500 ℃ . Crystallization of zinc acetate first weight loss at 68-88 ℃, corresponding to de-crystallization of water; the second weight loss at 222-290 ℃, the phase should be zinc acetate decomposition. The initial decomposition temperature of the first weight loss of the catalysts with different concentrations is above 250 ℃, and the second weight loss begins at around 470 ℃. It was found that there was a good linear relationship between the first weight loss rate y (%) and the zinc acetate content x (%), ie, the correlation coefficient R = 0.9997 for y = 3.336x + 0.2448. In addition, three unknown samples were measured and the concentration was deduced using the weight loss rate. The specific surface area of some catalysts was also measured by ST-03 surface area analyzer.
