目的 :观察高强度超声 ( HIU)对肿瘤营养血管的破坏作用。方法 :采用二维灰阶、彩色多普勒能量图和病理结合的方法 ,观察 HIU对兔 VX2 肝脏肿瘤营养血管破坏的情况。结果 :HIU治疗后 ,肿瘤组织回声增强 ,彩色多普勒能量图显示肿瘤组织内部血管影明显减少或消失 ,病理学检查方法显示肿瘤营养血管和肿瘤组织凝固性坏死。结论 :HIU可能较完全破坏肿瘤营养血管 ,从而有可能抑制肿瘤的再生和转移 ,促使肿瘤良性化。
Objective : To observe the damage effect of high intensity ultrasound (HIU) on nutrient vessels of tumors. Methods : To observe the effect of HIU on the destruction of nutrient vessels in rabbit VX2 liver tumors by using two-dimensional gray-scale, color Doppler energy imaging and pathological methods. RESULTS : After treatment with HIU, the echogenicity of the tumor tissue was enhanced. The color Doppler energy image showed that the vascular shadow in the tumor tissue was significantly reduced or disappeared. The pathological examination method showed coagulative necrosis of the tumor’s nutrient vascular and tumor tissues. Conclusion :HIU may completely destroy the nutrient vessels of tumors, which may inhibit the regeneration and metastasis of tumors and promote benign tumors.
