分别利用蒋庆琅模型(Chiangs模型)和致死疾病衰退模型(Mantons模型)对92年武汉市口区人口编制去死因寿命表进行了分析,结果显示:在死亡证明书上多作为非根本死因报告的疾病,如结核病、心脏病、呼吸系病,去死因后期望寿命增量,Man-tons模型高于Chiangs模型,说明Mantons模型较Chiangs模型更能准确反映这类慢性病对人群的危害作用。而在死亡证明书上常作为根本死因报告的疾病,如恶性肿瘤、脑血管病、意外死亡,去死因后期望寿命增量,两模型基本一致
Using the Chiang qing 琅 model (Chiang s model) and the lethal disease regression model (Manton s model) to analyze the population death time table of the population in the 92 population of Shukou District, Wuhan City, respectively, the results show that: Diseases reported at the root cause of death, such as tuberculosis, heart disease, and respiratory diseases, and life expectancy increases after death, Man-tons model is higher than that of Chiangs model, indicating that Mantons model is more accurate than Chiangs model Reflect the harmful effects of such chronic diseases on the population. In the death certificate, diseases that are often reported as the underlying cause of death, such as malignant tumors, cerebrovascular diseases, accidental deaths, and life expectancy increments after death causes, are basically consistent between the two models.
