研究了高铅高钢型金精矿矿浆电解时金属的行为规律。矿浆电解时铅的阴极沉积明显滞后于在阳极间的浸出,矿浆电解的终点不应是阳极间的Pb被浸出完全,而应是矿浆液中铅的浓度下降到其起始浓度.借助于计算机计算在实测成分下矿浆液中各金属水溶物种分布。计算出矿浆电位值与实测值吻合。
The behavior of metals during the electrolysis of high-lead and high-type gold concentrates was studied. The cathodic deposition of lead obviously lagged behind that of the anode during pulp electrolysis. The end point of pulp electrolysis should not be completely leached out of Pb between the anodes, but the concentration of lead in the slurry should be reduced to its initial concentration. With the help of computer, the distribution of water-soluble metal species in ore slurry under the measured composition was calculated. Calculated pulp potential value and the measured value.
