杨骥川:1941年生于江苏宜兴。1965年毕业于北京首都医科大学医疗系,后于甘肃北京从事外科临床及医院管理工作25年。曾任北京首都医科大学附属复兴医院外科副主任副院长.1991年至2010年先后任北京市西城区副区长,政协副主席文联副主席等职.为第九,第十届全国政协委员.现为中华慈善总会常务理事兼书画艺术工作委员会副主任中国书法家协会会员.
Yang Ji Chuan: 1941 was born in Yixing, Jiangsu. He graduated from Beijing Capital Medical University Medical Department in 1965 and later worked in surgical clinical and hospital management in Gansu for 25 years. Former vice president of surgery, deputy director of Renaissance Hospital, Capital Medical University in Beijing from 1991 to 2010. He served successively as deputy head of Xicheng District of Beijing and vice chairman of CPPCC Vice Chairman of the CPPCC from 1991 to 2010. As a member of the Ninth and Tenth CPPCC National Committee, He is now a member of China Calligraphers Association, standing director of China Charity Federation and deputy director of calligraphy and painting art work committee.
