纺织工业部财务司于三月底至四月初,在西安市召开了十六个省、市纺织(轻工)工业厅、局、公司和上海石化总厂财务负责人座谈会。各地汇报了今年财务指标预测情况,分析了影响收入的有利、不利因素,提出了增收节支的措施,研究了今年财务工作的重点。大家认为今年纺织工业,翻改品种,做到适销对路的任务重,增加收入的难度大,财务工作要着重抓好以下几点:
