Due to no obviously characteristic clini-cal features for patients with cerebellarhemorrhage, it tends to be misdiagnosed asvertebrobasilar arterial insufficiency, cere-bellar infarction or brain stem hemorrhagewhen CT scanning was not taken. The pa-per discussed the etiology,pathophysiology,clinical fetures,diagnosis and differential di-agnosis of cerebellar hemorrhage. Mean-while,the authors probed into the differenttherapies and their prognoses. The resultsshowed that the prognoses of the patientswith cerebellar hemorrhage are related tothe therapies and their timeliness.
