利用现代声阻抗计测试咽鼓管功能(ETF),已有近40年的历史。近年它作为一种比较先进和客观的方法,已成为阻抗测听法的重要内容之一,现在仍在不断研究改进之中。有关的测试方法,各家所介绍的种类繁多,但大体上可归纳为下列三种。一、鼓室压测量法鼓室压测量法是检测中耳功能状态的一种重要方法,同时也可对鼓膜完整耳的咽鼓管通气功能进行静态和动态测量。它常以静态鼓室压曲线所显示的中耳压力来判断咽鼓管是否正常。一般认为鼓室压小于-100mmH_2O时,即提示有咽鼓管功能不良。咽鼓管异常开放时,鼓室压曲线可随呼吸波动,借此可予以诊断。鼓室压测量法
