随着我国《中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要》的实施和“十八大精神”的日益推广,对进一步深化外语教学改革,培养和创建高水平的具有创新素质的英语教师队伍具有重要意义。本研究首先立足于小学英语教师专业化成长现状,以河南省信阳地区为例,采用问卷调查、访谈和查阅文献资料,进行分类调查研究。结果显示:多种因素制约着多数小学英语教师的专业化道路。研究最后针对上述问题,结合国内外教师教育研究相关理论,提出解决的思路和策略,以期能够促进提升小学教师专业化成长进程。
With the implementation of the Outline of the Program for the Reform and Development of Middle and Long-term Education and the increasing promotion of the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, it is of great importance to further deepen the reform of foreign language teaching and to train and create a high standard of English teachers with innovative qualifications significance. Based on the current situation of the professional growth of English teachers in primary schools, this study takes Xinyang, Henan Province as an example, and conducts classified research using questionnaires, interviews and literature review. The results show that: Many factors restrict the professionalization of most primary English teachers. In the end, the research aims at the above problems, and puts forward the solutions and tactics to solve the problems related to the teacher education research at home and abroad with a view to promoting the process of professional primary school teachers’ growth.
