本文把孔子之孝置于其时由血缘社会向地域国家转交的历史背景中考察。阐述孔子之孝与西周之孝在父与祖、家庭与宗族孰尊上的对立,以及这一对立的历史意义,论证孔子之孝在思想上结束了中国的宗法制时代。剖析西周宗族的血缘特点及其抑制父权的作用。阐述由孔子之孝衍生的君臣、父子关系构成了地域组织的理论框架。其时家庭独立是地域国家形成的关键,孔子之孝为此做出了重大的理论贡献,由之而富有革命性。
This article examines the filial piety of Confucius in the historical background of the transmission of the Confucian family to the countries of the region. This paper expounds the opposition between Confucius’s filial piety and the filial piety in West Zhou Dynasty on the relatives of father and ancestor, family and clan, and the historical significance of this opposition. It argues that the filial piety of Confucius ended up ideologically the era of patriarchal clan system in China. Describing the monarchs derived from the filial piety of Confucius, the relationship between father and son constitutes the theoretical framework of the regional organization. At that time, the independence of the family was the key to the formation of the territorial state. Therefore, Confucius’ filial piety made a significant theoretical contribution for this purpose, which made it revolutionary.
