金相分析表明,16MnDR+1Cr18Ni9钢埋弧焊焊缝金属组织为奥氏体(基体)+铁素体(少量)组成,并且在铁素体边缘有碳化物析出。焊缝中铁素体含量为8%~10%时,具有较高的抗裂性能。
Metallographic analysis shows that the metal microstructure of 16MnDR + 1Cr18Ni9 submerged arc welding is composed of austenite (matrix) + ferrite (a small amount), and carbides precipitate on the edge of ferrite. Weld ferrite content of 8% to 10%, with high crack resistance.
