葡萄饮料中普遍含有具有抗氧化性能的植物酚类。用TEAC(Trolox equivalent antioxidant capacity)法测定比较了各葡萄饮料样品的总抗氧化能力,结果表明:红葡萄酒>葡萄果汁>白葡萄酒。
Grape drinks commonly contain plant phenolic antioxidants. The total antioxidative capacity of each grape beverage sample was compared by TEAC (Trolox equivalent antioxidant capacity) method. The results showed that: red wine> grape juice> white wine.
