目的 :调查坦克乘员在军事训练中肌疲劳发生的情况及原因 ,为制定正确训练方法提供科学依据。方法 :以整群抽样问卷结合体检的方式 ,对某全训坦克部队军事训练中 10 72名从事坦克专业的官兵发生肌疲劳的情况进行调查。结果 :坦克乘员肌疲劳发生率为 4 2 .1% ,其中驾驶员发生率最高 ,为 5 6 .4 % ;车长最低 ,为 2 0 .1% (P <0 .0 1)。肌疲劳发生部位均以腰骶部发生率最高 ,占 4 8.3% ;下肢最低 ,占 8.7% (P <0 .0 1)。从事坦克专业 1~ 3年者肌疲劳发生率最高 (46 .0 % ) ,>10年的最低 ,为 32 .6 % (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :坦克乘员肌疲劳发生率较高 ,与劳动强度、技术熟练程度、振动、工作姿势、季节等因素有关 ,应加强防护措施的研究。
Objective: To investigate the conditions and causes of muscle fatigue in military training of tank crew, and to provide a scientific basis for formulating correct training methods. Methods: A total of 1072 tank officers engaged in military training in a full training tank unit were investigated for their fatigue with a cluster sampling questionnaire combined with physical examination. Results: The incidence of muscular fatigue in tank crew was 42.1%, with the highest rate of drivers being 56.4% and the lowest level being 20.1% (P <0.01). The incidence of muscular fatigue was highest in the lumbosacral region, accounting for 48.3% of the total; the lower limbs were the lowest, accounting for 8.7% (P <0.01). The highest incidence of muscular fatigue occurred in 1 to 3 years in tank specialty (46.0%), the lowest in> 10 years was 32.6% (P <0.01). Conclusion: The incidence of muscular fatigue in tank crew is relatively high, which is related to factors such as labor intensity, technical proficiency, vibration, work posture, season and so on. The study on protective measures should be strengthened.
