品牌延伸广受学界关注,但目前尚没有具有很好评测力的评估模型提出。本文分析了品牌延伸价值评估的意义,从研究品牌延伸价值具有的期权特征入手,指出对品牌延伸价值的评估可以用期权定价的方法,在借鉴Black-Scholes模型的基础上,构建了品牌延伸价值的期权定价模型。
