A meta-analysis published in the Journal of the American College of Nutrition found that eggs can reduce the risk of stroke. The researchers analyzed seven meta-analyzes of seven studies related to stroke and seven studies related to coronary heart disease. Approximately 267,000 and 308,000 adult subjects were involved in stroke and coronary heart disease-related trials. This experiment is mainly aimed at the people in the United States, Japan, Australia, Spain and the United Kingdom. The test results were mainly published in 1982-2014
