上海虹桥商务区核心区(一期)能源中心是上海市重大、重点实事立功竞赛工程。其道路复杂,管道纵横,且南站地块内有上海警备区2根军用光缆沿深基坑地下室外墙西侧穿过,在管线搬迁无奈的情况下,EPC承包商团队精诚合作,对出入口基础、外总体综合管线进行深化设计与施工。省略了管线搬迁及简化了支护施工,加快了工程进度,取得了良好社会信誉和较高经济效益。
