In order to adapt to the new situation of China’s accession to the World Trade Organization and further speed up the transformation of the functions of government departments, the Ministry of Agriculture has conducted a comprehensive clean-up of the existing departmental rules and relevant normative documents and has decided to repeal 11 rules and regulations and relevant normative documents. These include the Measures of the Ministry of Agriculture of the People’s Republic of China on Measures for the Administration of Experimental Efficacy of Pesticide in Our Country by Foreign Corporations, and the Administration of Veterinary Biological Products.
