审视多年来我校德育工作管理改革实践,我们深深体会到:德育工作必须以追求效应的内化为目标,通过遵循人的生理、心理发展规律的科学育人方法,使教育内容“内化”为师生人格发展的“内驱力”,形成具备适应现代化社会发展需要的生存能力,真正达到预期的育人质量,大幅度提高和促进学校教育改革进一步深化的目的。德国教育家赫尔巴特作了“教育性的教学”和“教学性的教学”的理论概括: “教育如果没有教学,就是失去手段的教育。”原苏联教育家加里宁也指出: “教师任何时候都不能忘记。自己不单单是一个传授知识的教师,而应是一个教育家,是人类灵魂的工程师。”为此,我们注重挖掘一切显性、隐性德育因素,加强德育工作,努力促进学生品德的自主塑造,强调文以道顺,春雨润物。
