盐胁迫下刺槐幼苗的生长明显受抑,相对含水量(RWC)降低,质膜透性变大,超氧物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性变小,同时大量积累游离脯氨酸和腐胺含量。外源ABA能缓和盐胁迫对生长的抑制,减少质膜透性,提高RWC,SOD和CAT活性,脯氨酸量被继续增加,但腐胺量却被减少,表明腐胺量的变化与幼苗的水分状况和遭受胁迫的程度一致,腐胺积累的多少可作为植物遭受胁迫程度的生理指标。
