通过分散聚合法合成羧基磁性高分子微球,考察了丙烯酸用量、过氧化苯甲酰用量、无水乙醇与水的体积比及反应温度对合成的磁性高分子微球表面羧基含量的影响。结果表明,当Fe3O4-KH-570用量为0.5 g、在丙烯酸用量为1.0 g、过氧化苯甲酰用量为2.0 g、无水乙醇与水的体积比为55∶45及反应温度75℃等最佳反应条件下,磁性高分子微球的表面羧基量达0.505 8 mmol/g。运用红外光谱(FT-IR)对优化后的合成产物进行了表征。
The effects of the amount of acrylic acid, the amount of benzoyl peroxide, the volume ratio of absolute ethanol to water and the reaction temperature on the carboxyl content of the synthesized magnetic polymer microspheres were investigated by dispersion polymerization. The results showed that when the amount of Fe3O4-KH-570 was 0.5 g, the amount of acrylic acid was 1.0 g, the amount of benzoyl peroxide was 2.0 g, the volume ratio of absolute ethanol to water was 55:45 and the reaction temperature was 75 ℃ Good reaction conditions, magnetic polymer microspheres surface carboxyl amount of 0.505 8 mmol / g. The optimized synthesized products were characterized by FT-IR.
