为了深入了解当前企业用工情况、招工计划以及企业在用工和招工方面遇到的困难及建议,中国企业家调查系统受人力资源和社会保障部人力资源市场司的委托,承担了“人力资源市场一线观察”项目的企业用工情况专项调查,并在此基础上完成了本报告。调查发现,三季度企业工资水平与二季度基本持平,有加薪计划的企业比重略有下降,企业缺工情况逐渐缓解。四季度计划招工的企业有所减少,招工人数也有所下降。企业招工难度依然较大,主要原因是新生代农民工择业期望提高和物价上升过快。
In order to gain a better understanding of the employment situation of the current enterprise, the recruitment plan and the difficulties and suggestions enterprises encounter in employment and recruitment, the China Entrepreneur Survey System is entrusted by the Human Resources and Marketing Department of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security to undertake the “Human Resources Market First-line observation ”project of the employment situation of the special investigation, and completed on this basis this report. The survey found that in the third quarter, the wage level of enterprises was basically the same as that of the second quarter, while the proportion of enterprises with salary plans dropped slightly, and the situation of lack of work in enterprises gradually eased. The number of enterprises planning to hire workers in the fourth quarter has decreased, and the number of workers recruited has also dropped. Recruiting enterprises is still more difficult, mainly due to the new generation of migrant workers hope to increase employment and prices rose too fast.
