叙述了山西省长治市2009年第三季度规模以上工业企业节能降耗取得的成效,指出了实现今后节能降耗目标存在的问题,提出了应对的措施。
Described the effectiveness of saving energy and reducing consumption of industrial enterprises above designated size in Changzhi City, Shanxi Province in the third quarter of 2009, pointed out the problems in achieving the goal of energy saving in the future, and put forward measures to deal with it.
