研究不同热处理工艺特别是奥氏体化温度对60Si2CrV变截面弹簧钢的冲击功和弹簧实物疲劳寿命的影响,用SEM对冲击断口和疲劳断口进行观察。结果表明,奥氏体化温度对60Si2CrV钢试样冲击功和弹簧实物疲劳寿命具有显著的影响,当奥氏体化温度在920℃以上时,晶粒明显粗化,冲击功和弹簧实物疲劳寿命均明显降低,两种断口上均呈现出明显的沿晶断裂特征;当奥氏体化温度低于920℃时,晶粒细化,冲击功和弹簧实物疲劳寿命均明显提高,两种断口上基本不出现沿晶断裂特征。
The effects of different heat treatment processes, especially austenitizing temperature, on the impact energy and spring fatigue life of 60Si2CrV variable section spring steel were investigated. The impact fracture and fatigue fracture were observed by SEM. The results show that the austenitizing temperature has a significant effect on the impact energy and the real fatigue life of spring of 60Si2CrV steel. When the austenitizing temperature is above 920 ℃, the grain coarsening, the impact energy and spring fatigue life Both of the two fractures show obvious intergranular fracture characteristics. When the austenitizing temperature is lower than 920 ℃, the grain refinement, impact energy and spring fatigue life are obviously improved. Basic intergranular fracture characteristics do not appear.
