目的:通过对四川省各地区基层医院文化建设的调查,初步了解基层医院文化建设的现状。目前国内的研究主要集中在对医院文化建设方面,研究怎么建设医院文化、医院文化建设的性质,以及医院管理者在医院文化建设中的重要性,而在基层文化建设成果研究相对较少。因此本课题主要调查四川省基层医院文化建设现状,客观阐述四川省基层医院的文化建设成果,并作出客观科学的评价,为推动基层医疗事业的进一步发展做好准备。方法:采用随机抽样的方法,在四川省18个地级市、3个自治州中随机抽取8个市,每个市再随机抽取两个县(区)基层医院的医务人员做问卷调查。结果:四川省基层医院文化建设稍有成效,但总体较差。
Objective: To investigate the status quo of cultural construction in primary hospitals through the investigation of the cultural construction of primary hospitals in all regions of Sichuan Province. At present, the research in our country focuses on the construction of hospital culture, and studies how to build the hospital culture, the nature of the hospital culture construction, and the importance of the hospital administrators in the hospital culture construction. However, there are relatively few achievements in the grass-roots culture construction. Therefore, this subject mainly investigates the current situation of cultural construction in primary hospitals in Sichuan Province, objectively expounds the cultural construction results of primary hospitals in Sichuan Province and makes objective and scientific evaluations in preparation for the further development of primary medical services. Methods: Eight cities were randomly selected from 18 prefecture-level cities and three autonomous prefectures in Sichuan province by random sampling. Medical staff from two county (district) grassroots hospitals were randomly selected from each city to make a questionnaire survey. Results: The cultural construction of primary hospital in Sichuan Province was slightly effective but overall poor.
