目的 探讨冠心病患者血浆纤溶酶原激活物抑制剂 1(PAI 1)水平和活性 (PAI :A)的升高与PAI 1基因4G/ 5G多态性的关系及其对发病的影响。方法 12 2例冠心病患者与 172例健康对照者 ,同时做PAI 1基因型分析并测定PAI 1、PAI∶A。结果 PAI 1基因型分布在冠心病组 4G/ 4G型最多 (47.2 % ) ,对照组中以 4G/ 5G型最多(49.4 % ) ;PAI 1与PAI∶A在 4G/ 4G、5G/ 5G、4G/ 5G 3种基因型组间比较差异有显著性意义 ,其中以 4G/ 4G基因型组PAI 1及PAI∶A最高。结论 血浆PAI 1增高 ,是冠心病发病的危险因素。冠心病组 4G/ 4G基因型频率是PAI 1增高的重要影响因素 ,PAI 1基因 4G/ 5G多态性可能部分地决定了冠心病发病的倾向性
Objective To investigate the relationship between plasma PAI 1 level and activity (PAI 1) and 4G / 5G polymorphism of PAI 1 gene in patients with coronary heart disease (CHD) and its effect on the pathogenesis. Methods Twelve patients with coronary heart disease and 172 healthy controls were enrolled. At the same time, PAI 1 genotype was analyzed and PAI 1 and PAI: A were determined. Results The distribution of PAI 1 genotypes was the highest in 4G / 4G type (47.2%) in coronary heart disease group and the highest in 4G / 5G type (49.4%) in control group. PAI 1 and PAI:A were the highest in 4G / 4G, 5G / 5G, / 5G genotypes of the three groups showed significant differences, with 4G / 4G genotype PAI 1 and PAI: A highest. Conclusions Plasma PAI 1 is increased, which is a risk factor for coronary heart disease. The prevalence of 4G / 4G genotype in coronary heart disease group is an important influencing factor for PAI 1. The 4G / 5G polymorphism of PAI 1 gene may partly determine the tendency of coronary heart disease
